Rental Procedure and Credit Policy
*Not to worry, when you are finished with the linens, simply put them back in our shipping box soiled and give it right back to your Federal Express driver. Our Free return label will be included with your order, attach the return label on top of the soiled linen box, tape the box closed and ship. Its that easy!
*All orders are required back to ASAP Linen 7 days after your event date. We will have your linen order at your door 1 to 2 days prior to your event date. All torn, burned, missing and damaged items will be charged for replacement costs. We reserve the right to change credit status at any time if a customer fails to stay within agreed terms. The customer will be informed of this change.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your rental, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
