Rental Procedure and Credit Policy
*Not to worry, when you are finished with the linens, simply put them back in our shipping box soiled and contact Federal Express for your Free pick up. Our Free return label will be included with your order, attach the return label on top of the soiled linen box, tape the box closed and ship. Its that easy!
*All orders are required back to ASAP Linen 7 days after your event date. We will have your linen order at your door 1 to 2 days prior to your event date. All torn, burned, missing and damaged items will be charged for replacement costs. We reserve the right to change credit status at any time if a customer fails to stay within agreed terms. The customer will be informed of this change.
Refund Policy
All sales and rentals are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold and rented through ASAP Linen.
